    The Iraqi state disclosed its accounts during the 11 months of last year 2022, which showed that the surplus had reached 60 trillion dinars, while 90% of the spending was operational spending, and the rest was investment.
     
    And the accounts of the Iraqi state until November 2022, which were reviewed by “Yess Iraq,” showed that total revenues amounted to 149.5 trillion dinars, while total spending amounted to more than 89.6 trillion dinars.
    Accordingly, spending amounted to about 60% of total revenues, while the surplus amounted to about 60 trillion dinars.
     
    Spending is distributed by 81.3 trillion dinars as operating expenses, and 8.3 trillion as investment expenses.
