    Today, Monday, the Office of the Presidency of the Republic announced the start of work at the Citizens Affairs Office and receiving complaints via phone and e-mail.
    A statement by the Office of the Chief of Staff, which was received by (Al-Oula News), stated that, “Based on the directives of the President of the Republic, Abd al-Latif Rashid, the office of the President of the Presidential Court, Kamel Karim al-Dulaimi, began today to receive citizens’ complaints.”
    Al-Dulaimi confirmed, according to the statement, that "the staff of the Citizens' Affairs Office began receiving complaints related to the public interest, official transactions, and grievances for administrative and legal errors."
    He added, "We have specified phone numbers and an e-mail to receive complaints," stressing, "We will do our best to overcome obstacles that hinder the public interest and work to provide justice to the oppressed in an effort to serve our honorable people."
