    Today, Monday, the Minister of Industry and Minerals, Khaled Battal Al-Najm, issued 8 directives to the Electronic Systems Company.
    The Ministry of Industry said, in a statement received by (Al-Oula News), that “the Minister of Industry and Minerals, Khaled Battal Al-Najm, conducted today an inspection visit to the General Company for Electronic Systems to follow up on its performance and to find out the requirements and elements for the success of its work during the coming period,” noting that “a meeting was held with the president of The members of the Board of Directors of the company included several topics, notes and directives, most notably:
    Work professionally and responsibly in a way that serves the public interest of the company's privacy as it deals with the important and invisible virtual world.
    The urgent need for qualified cadres in the specializations required by the company's work.
    – Reconsidering the company’s cadres and the qualifications it needs and determining them accurately in order to invest them properly.
    Conducting a real and comprehensive review of the company’s activities and work and amending them according to the powers to ensure the success of the company.
    Increasing the company’s capital and increasing the percentage of contribution to employees’ salaries without affecting the company’s basic services and necessities.
    - Reconsider the members of the Board of Directors and take into account all the specializations, especially the legal, in the selection and nomination of members.
    A serious review and careful study of the partnership contracts concluded and the economic feasibility achieved from these contracts.
    - Reviewing and studying the partnership contract concluded with the platform for information technology and negotiating with the company to reach solutions and resolve all observations surrounding the contract within a period of one month as a maximum, and presenting the results to His Excellency the Minister to make the final decision on proceeding with the contract or terminating it.
    The minister toured a number of the company’s departments and was briefed on the regularity of work in it and the tasks and services it provides. He also visited the project for assembling and producing cameras of all kinds and the production of computers and protection and communication devices, and directed “in cooperation with the General Company for Steel Industries and the General Company for Iron and Steel to install thermal cameras with an integrated system in scrap sites And it is documented by a system of direct control, monitoring and supervision by him.”
