    On Thursday, the office of Prime Minister Mohamed Shia Al-Sudani revealed the agenda of the latter's visit to the UAE.

    The office stated in a statement, which "NAS" received a copy of, (February 9, 2023), "Prime Minister Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani arrived, this morning, Thursday, in Abu Dhabi on an official visit to the United Arab Emirates, accompanied by a high-ranking government delegation."  
      
    He added, "An official reception ceremony was held at the Al Watan Palace by the President of the United Arab Emirates, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, which included the playing of the national anthems of both countries and the review of the guard of honor."  
      
    He continued, "The Prime Minister will hold a series of meetings with a number of officials in the UAE, to discuss consolidating bilateral cooperation and partnership between the two countries at various levels, as well as coordinating efforts and positions on regional and international issues and challenges."
