They emphasized that the price of the ampere has become disturbing them and increases their suffering at the end of each month due to the difficult economic situation and the decrease in the value of salaries due to the dollar crisis, calling on the government to impose strict measures in this file.
Like every month, the Baghdad governorate set, in a press release, the ampere price for the month of March for private and government generators, at 6 thousand dinars for normal operation from 12 noon until 1 pm, alternating with the national electricity. It is possible to add (1000-2000) dinars, for generators that are not It has a fuel share.
She added that the price for night operation, from 12 noon until six in the morning, is (8000) dinars, alternating with the national electricity, and it is possible to add 1000 - 2000 dinars for generators that do not have a fuel share, as for the price of the ampere for the golden operation 24 hours alternating with the national electricity It amounts to 12 thousand dinars, and it is possible to add (1000/2000) for generators that do not have a fuel share either.
And the governorate’s statement indicated that the official of the administrative unit has the power to determine the price of the ampere (reducing the price only), according to the price data, in accordance with their situation and the supply of electrical energy they have, provided that it does not exceed the price that was set, calling at the same time on the administrative units to adhere to all Instructions and recommendations issued by Baghdad Governorate regarding follow-up, supervision and taking legal measures against violators.
As for the national electricity file, the features of the problems began last Thursday, as the ministry attributed, according to a statement it issued, the disconnection of the joint link lines (Ring) carrying energy 400 kV between the southern region and the central region, and the disconnection of production stations and transmission lines of the national system, to the scarcity of gas and the receding of gas.
