[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / - The independent Kurdish politician, Mahmoud Othman, confirmed that the important laws in Parliament will be passed through political consensus, including the budget.
Othman said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency ( NINA ) that the coordinating framework and the blocks allied with it within the framework of the State Administration Coalition managed to pass the election law, in contrast, the coordinating framework promised the Kurds and Sunnis to pass some laws that they desire in Parliament soon.
Othman explained that quotas and political consensus has become dominant in approving laws at the expense of the sobriety of laws, and this is a big mistake in Iraq./ End 9[/rtl]
