Reconstruction: canceling the requirement of employee sponsors to obtain housing loans

{Economic: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Construction and Housing decided to cancel the requirement for a sponsor for employees to obtain a housing fund loan.
The Minister of Reconstruction, Benkin Rikani, said in a press statement that: "The ministry worked to take decisions that would facilitate citizens' access to housing fund loans."
He pointed out, "The demand for loans is high, but there is a problem faced by most of those wishing to borrow, which is the difficulty of obtaining one or two guarantors from the employees."
He noted, "The ministry decided to suffice with the employee's sponsorship of himself, while amendments are currently being made for non-employees in order to obtain an alternative to the issue of sponsors."
