[rtl]Baghdad-Iraq today:[/rtl]
[rtl]Iraq and Syria agreed on the importance of moving towards bilateral cooperation in various economic sectors.[/rtl]
[rtl]A statement from the office of the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shia' al-Sudani, stated that the latter "received today the Ambassador of the Syrian Arab Republic to Iraq, Satam Jadaan al-Dandah."[/rtl]
[rtl]The statement added, "During the meeting, bilateral relations between the two countries were discussed, and a number of issues of common concern were discussed."[/rtl]
[rtl]He continued, "The meeting witnessed an affirmation of the importance of moving towards fruitful and constructive bilateral cooperation in various economic sectors, in a way that strengthens the joint ties that unite the two brotherly countries, and achieves the interests of their peoples in prosperity and development."[/rtl]
