    [rtl]Baghdad-Iraq Today: The authority said in a statement, “The field team of the Dhi Qar Investigation Office, which moved to the contracts, planning and follow-up departments in the provincial office, revealed that the director of the planning and follow-up department kept lists of (22) projects at a cost of (61,000,000,000) billion dinars," referring to "the approval of the Ministry of Planning." It is stipulated within the Emergency Support for Food Security and Development Law," pointing out that "the director of The Planning and Follow-up Department did not send it to the Contracts Department to contract it for the purpose of its implementation, in order to agree with contractors to obtain percentages from those contracts, which led to harm to the public interest.

    The Integrity Commission revealed seizures of cases of harm to the public interest, manipulation, forgery, and tracking of transactions in Dhi Qar Governorate.



    She added, "The team was able, in two separate operations, to seize two suspects while they were reviewing transactions in the Medical Committees Department of the Dhi Qar Health Department," noting that "they seized transactions in their possession without authorization or official agency." .”

    And it stated that "by conducting investigations and audits in the Department of Health, initial and disbursement transactions were seized to equip the oxygen production plant for the Nasiriyah Heart Center after concluding a contract with a private company in the amount of (289,500,000) million dinars." , for the purpose of equipping, installing and operating a medical oxygen production plant with a capacity of (100 m3) and a completion period ( 80 days from the date of signing the contract.

    And she continued, "The governorate health department has disbursed an amount of (188,170,000) million dinars (65% of the contract value) to the executing company, noting that the laboratory has not been received by the department, operated, or benefited from until now, despite the urgent need for it.

    And she pointed out that "in the Directorate of Municipality of Nasiriyah, fraud and forgery were detected in the transaction of replacing and allocating a distinct piece of land with a value of (250,000,000) million dinars," noting that "promoting the transaction was contrary to the controls by manipulating and forging seals and signatures by one of the property employees.” At the Directorate,” stressing that “the competent investigative judge issued an arrest and investigation order in accordance with the provisions of Article (290) of the Penal Code against the accused.”[/rtl]
