    Iraq and Iran signed Syria and Convention of ITU to establish a network
    linking the three countries with Europe.

    He said the location
    (t), obtained and translated/JD/: that Iraq and Syria and Iran signed a
    tripartite agreement for telecommunications is designed to create a
    fiber optic network linking the three countries.

    (T): the
    agreement was signed by representatives from the Iranian side, telecom
    infrastructure, and a Shrike Iraqi communications, Inc. Telekom in Syria
    meeting hosted by Iran's telecommunications company in the capital
    Tehran.

    In the news: on the basis of the agreement will be sent
    data and audio signals from Iran to Iraq and then to Syria and European
    countries.

    As Director of telecommunications company said
    Mahmoud Khosravi "in line with the policy of macro system, Iranian
    telecommunications company seeking to establish wired and wireless
    connections with neighbouring States and create new opportunity through
    optical fibers with Iraq which would be of mutual benefits between the
    three countries as it will be very helpful in the region."
