To bear the features of a complete war crime, and for these forces to commit a massacre in the utmost renunciation of all moral and humanitarian obligations, by bombing the Baptist Hospital in the middle of the occupied Gaza Strip, causing the martyrdom of hundreds of children, women, and the injured and injured.”
He added, "The Zionists have thus gone far in crossing all borders and red lines, in an aggression that extends to their shameful past in committing the massacres from Qana, Sabra and Shatila, all the way to their present heinous crime," and he continued, "The burden of responsibility has risen on the international community and on every observer." He sees these transgressions on the part of the Zionists, and the entire world is called upon to do more than denounce and deplore, in order to stop the Israeli death machine that targets civilians, while it is delusional that by doing so it will liquidate the Palestinian cause.”
He concluded by saying, "Just as we call on our Arab brothers, friendly countries, and the free world, to adopt a unified position by issuing an urgent and immediate resolution from the UN Security Council to stop this ugly, blatant aggression."

He added, "Our national, Arab and Islamic duty, as parliamentarians representing our peoples and their hopes and aspirations, requires us today to join hands and work together to take a firm and effective collective stance to curb the bloody Israeli entity and hold it accountable for the consequences of its barbaric actions and practices against a defenseless people who cling to their identity, culture and land," pointing out “The current situation threatens to drag the entire Arab region into the furnace of a destructive war, in which statements of condemnation and denunciation will be of no use. Rather, it requires taking decisive decisions that put a final end to the ongoing attacks and violations by the Zionist entity for seven decades.”
Al-Halbousi called on “the international community and the free global conscience to intervene immediately to stop the war, military actions, and horrific massacres against our Palestinian brothers,” stressing “the necessity of working immediately to bring in urgent humanitarian, food, and medical aid.”
