[rtl]Representatives of the Ministry of Interior, representatives and governors, as well as tribal sheikhs and notables from various governorates of Iraq, participated in the conference. [/rtl]
[rtl]The National Security Advisor, Qasim Al-Araji, opened the conference with a speech in which he pointed out that the tribes were and still are a social system that has a major role in the history of Iraq and are the true support for governments, the political system and the supreme religious authority, indicating that the Iraqi tribes changed the face of Iraq during the days of the British occupation when they confronted, supported and
