    Baghdad today - follow-up
Fadi Al-Shammari, political advisor to the Prime Minister, Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani, confirmed that there was nothing about the passage of the Silk Road in Iraq on the maps provided by the Chinese, while indicating that the Prime Minister had formed a team to restructure the administrative system of state institutions.
Al-Shammari explained in a televised interview followed by “Baghdad Today” that “the Russian-Ukrainian war had a somewhat positive impact on the Middle East in terms of the direction of the international equation towards the necessity of stability in the Middle East region and energy flows.”
He added, "Iraq seeks to adopt the principle of 'participating friend' in its openness to the system of nations, and has succeeded in redrawing the relationship with the international coalition."
Regarding the recent request of the leader of the Sadrist movement, Ben Al-Shammari, he said, “The political forces are recalling the nature of the challenges facing Iraq in the event of a vote to close the American embassy and its repercussions, which are not possible,” pointing out that the Sadrist movement is disciplined in adhering to the directives of its political leadership represented by Sadr.
He continued, "Al-Sadr is a conscious personality and political leader, and he certainly brings to mind the dangers of pushing the country towards political or security stability, which some want and for which the people are paying, not the competing forces."
In another matter, Al-Shammari said that there are more than 1,400 stalled projects, and 490 stalled projects were launched at once from Basra to the central and southern governorates, all the way to Baghdad and the liberated governorates, indicating that there are more than 190 projects launched in the capital, Baghdad, by the Capital Municipality and the Ministry of Construction. Housing and conservation.
He continued, "The development plan for the capital, Baghdad, was approved after more than 12 years of delay and hiatus, indicating that the fourth ring road project will reduce congestion in Baghdad by 50%."
He continued, "There are no sanctions imposed on Iraq by the US Treasury, but sometimes there is a tightening of standards to deliver potential political messages, indicating that the previous government did not prepare the requirements for implementing the platform system."
