[size=45]The Iraqi National Accord Party stands at the forefront of defending the people’s right to a free and dignified life by adhering to building a state of citizenship that is based on justice, equality, and the rule of law to express the will of the people to fight corruption. Hence, the Iraqi National Accord Party and its leader, Dr. Iyad Allawi, confirm the postponement of the provincial council elections. And closing the door to corruption and suspicious maneuvers, as these councils are an extra link in the structure of the state, as the party leadership made clear in its meeting today, Wednesday, by adhering to the decision to boycott the provincial council elections, which in its form and external framework is a self-made democratic experiment, but in reality, and through previous experiences, it has been established. Corruption was evaluated in a way that made the individual experience the bitterness of the stage and its changes, as it came to the point of selling and dividing positions and obstructing projects for political ambitions. At the conclusion of the meeting, the party leaders affirmed the continuation of their historical responsibility in supporting the judicial institution and its impartiality because it is considered a moral and national responsibility that obligated all authorities, leaders and all Segments of Iraqi society should support the independence of the judiciary and give it the social support that increases its strength and ability to face challenges at this difficult stage.[/size]
