[size=45]Qubad Talabani, Deputy Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Region, stated yesterday, Sunday, that the regional government has fulfilled all its obligations, and the federal government must follow suit by implementing its obligations and sending Kurdistan’s share of the country’s general financial budget.[/size]
[size=45]Talabani said in a statement he made to reporters in Sulaymaniyah, that these excuses provided by the federal government in order to postpone sending the region’s share of the budget or postpone financing the salaries of those who receive them in Kurdistan, which is their natural right, must stop.[/size]
