    Information / Baghdad..
On Monday, Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani confirmed to the British Foreign Minister that the capabilities of the Iraqi forces would continue to grow, especially with the achievement of victory over ISIS.
Al-Sudani's office stated in a statement received by Al-Maalouma, that "the Prime Minister received a phone call from British Foreign Secretary David Cameron, during which bilateral relations between the two countries and the overall situation in the region were discussed."
During the call, Al-Sudani stressed “the necessity of stopping the aggression in Gaza and joint international action to prevent the expansion of the circle of conflict, and that the repercussions of what is happening to the Palestinian people are now affecting the situation throughout the region.”
He also touched on "Iraq's position on the presence of the international coalition to fight ISIS, in light of the growing capabilities of the Iraqi forces, the defeat of terrorism, and the establishment of security and stability," stressing "the Iraqi government's commitment to securing foreign missions and embassies operating in Iraq, as well as protecting the locations of foreign advisors."
For his part, Cameron expressed "Britain's support for Iraq's security and stability, and its support for efforts to prevent the expansion of the conflict in the Middle East," stressing "his country's continued efforts to implement a ceasefire and deliver humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people." End:2
The Prime Minister confirmed, in a previous statement, that the government is in the process of rearranging the relationship with the international coalition in light of capable Iraqi forces, indicating that the government is moving towards ending the presence of coalition forces in Iraq. Ended / 25 hours
