Twilight News / tote Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, Wednesday, Iraqi Council of Representatives responsible for the delay in approving the state budget for 2014, criticizing the approval of the paragraph devoted to retirement and privileges of the House of Representatives and those with special grades within the Unified Retirement Law.

alt Maliki said in his weekly televised and followed up "Twilight News", that "the government has become stalled because the budget stopped," noting that "there is more than one factor causing the stoppage of approving the budget, and the parliament is primarily responsible for that."

Maliki accused limbs (unnamed) to try to derail the budget, and the government to thwart the electoral purposes.

He pointed out that "all the laws enacted have been damaged, including the Unified Retirement Law recently passed and which did justice to this segment," adding that "this law will not find its way to the implementation of the budget unless it recognizes."

Asked al-Maliki, saying that "the privileges of officials over how the House of Representatives returned and placed in the Unified Retirement Law through the paragraph and caused this crisis?", Calling for the need to denounce this paragraph, and to speed up the adoption of the budget.
