Al-Maliki: Parliament has delayed adoption of the budget and the privileges and retired officials has ended

Twilight News carried the Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki Wednesday, the Iraqi Parliament is responsible for delaying the adoption of the General State budget for 2014, criticised the adoption of paragraph devoted to retirement and the House privileges and special grades within the unified retirement law.
Al-Maliki said in his weekly television and its dependency, "Twilight", "the Government has suspended the budget stopped", stating that "there is more than one factor causes stop adoption budget, Parliament is primarily responsible for it."
He accused Al-Maliki's party to (unnamed) to disable the budget, scuttle the Government for electoral purposes.
He noted a "enacting laws were affected, including the unified retirement law passed recently which fairer this slide", adding that "this law won't find its way to implementation unless the budget".
He asked Al-Maliki that "administrators over how the House came back and put them in the common retirement law through paragraph and caused this crisis?"The need for denunciation of this paragraph, the acceleration of the adoption of the budget.
