[rtl]Basra / NINA / The Basra Governorate Council has begun preparing a draft law that includes delivering services to agricultural lands in the governorate.
The council’s media said in a statement: “The council’s president, Khalaf Al-Badran, assigned a number of council committees to prepare a draft law on delivering services to agricultural lands and lands that fall outside the basic design of Basra Governorate.”
He added, "Al-Badran directed five committees in the council, namely services, planning, development and reconstruction, administrative and legal, and industry and electricity, to prepare a draft law for this purpose, based on Article (Second) of Provincial Council Resolution No. 12 of 2024."/ End[/rtl]
