Today, Tuesday, the Parliamentary Finance Committee held a meeting headed by Atwan Al-Atwani in preparation for the arrival of the 2024 budget schedules.
Al-Atwani’s media office stated in a statement received by Al-Iqtisad News Agency, “The Parliamentary Finance Committee held a meeting today headed by Atwan Al-Atwani, and hosted the Director-General of the Accounting Department and the Director-General of the Budget Department at the Ministry of Finance.”
Al-Atwani confirmed that “this meeting came in preparation for the arrival of the 2024 budget schedules,” pointing out that “we discussed a number of files, including the delayed release of funding, and we reviewed the 2023 spending schedules.”
