     In light of the understanding between the legislative and executive branches, as well as semi-compatibility between the center and the region with regard to the draft budget and the differences on the law contained law, parliamentary circles likely to witness the next stage of voting on the budget in the House bill.

"  He favored the Liberal MP for the Bloc Juma Bureau, the arrival of 2014 budget to the House of Representatives during a period of two weeks for approval. 
    Meanwhile, MP for the province of Diwaniyah, Ghazwan Shabani, taking into account Mahromep his province rather than population percentages in the allocation of its share of the budget, pointing out that the Diwaniya unproductive oil, which made them dependent on what allocated from the budget.
