    Al-Maalouma/Baghdad...
Member of the Transport and Communications Committee, Faten Al-Qaraghouli, confirmed today, Tuesday, in addition to discussing the law of the Supreme Iraqi Maritime Authority.
Al-Qaraghouli stated in an interview followed by the /Al-Maalouma/ Agency, that "the committee is currently discussing the law of the Supreme Iraqi Maritime Authority due to its importance in consolidating the country's sovereignty, noting that since 2002 until now, raising the flag on Iraqi ships has not been allowed."
She added, "The other law that is considered one of the important laws is the Communications and Information Technology Law, which the government withdrew to submit proposals regarding it."
She pointed out that "after researching and discussing it, important categories and figures were identified to obtain opinions to amend some paragraphs." End/25
