    Bahadli said that "the memo also includes work on the sustainability of those agreements and to identify the difficulties faced by the joint cooperation of the laws of the oil and gas and other laws relevant to the work of these committees and participate in the development programs in the field of oil and gas, power, hold hearings joint meeting between the two committees and private bills and other things concerning the work of these committees. "


    For his part, Chairman of the Oil and Energy Committee in the Parliament of Kurdistan Ares Abdullah signed between the two parliaments as "important," the memo, noting that "it would be more incentive for the rapprochement between Iraq and the Kurdish parties in order to reach a final solution to the outstanding problems concerning my sides."


    For his part, the oil and energy in Iraq's parliament member Ibrahim Bahr al-Ulum he was "surprised not to send the issue of the central government budget for the Kurdistan Regional Government so far."


    Bahr al-Ulum said "We were surprised and told us yesterday by the Minister of Finance in the government of the Kurdistan region of that province staff salaries did not reach so far."


    He Bahr al-Ulum "We listened to this complaint and we will try to discuss it with the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives and Sntbages with the government, considering that there is a commitment by the Iraqi Council of Representatives on the bill to pay the region's share amounting to 17%."
