Tomorrow Press / Baghdad: According to the parliamentary committee economy and investment, on Friday, said the next few months will see a turning point in the investment file, ask the government to facilitate the task of investors.

I imagine they mean a turning point a few months after passage like a return on investment suggesting the fix is an easy one.
