     Central Bank of Iraq and had been granted 6 trillion dinars as a down payment to help the government in its crisis and financial development of the economy, of which 5 trillion sectoral loans, including residential, agricultural and industrial loans and also trillion dinars medium and small enterprises is dedicated to private banks.
