    The question now is when? When are the Tariffs going to be put in place? Is it when the rest of the investment laws are passed? Or do they not matter right now?

    Good job.  You passed the second test of the parable of the sowers.  It is now a question of when.  

    I think Abadi would know, but since I am not one of his brothers, or one of his children, he is not going to tell me.  The best we can do is estimate.  

    In my opinion, the answer is not time driven but event driven.  Certain events must transpire before the exchange rate increase is released.  

    We get clues from the news articles that are given to the Iraqi people and we try to put the puzzle together.  

    From previous articles, monetary reform will coincide with economic development.  Part of monetary reform is the delete the zeros project.  This project has three parts: 1) decrease the money supply, 2) release of smaller denominations, and 3) raise the exchange rate.  It has started.  The CBI will not tell the world, it would cause a run on their currency.  However, we do get clues, such as the articles in this post.  

    We can watch as economic development unfold, because this will coincide with monetary reform.  

    The taxes from tariffs are included in next year's budget.  So, they need them in place in order to pay expenses next year.  It would make sense to raise the value when tariffs are imposed, otherwise, the people will riot.  Also, previous articles stated that reforms will be implemented within the next 6 months.  This is the best estimate of when economic development and monetary reform will start.  

    The third test of the parable of the sower starts after the exchange rate increase.  What are you going to do with the money?  Build the kingdom of the Lord, Jesus?  Or on other things?  It has eternal consequences.  I can tell you it is coming.  It is a question you will have to answer and answer for.
