    MP called on the mass of the citizen Habib Terminal to legislation laws give legitimacy to the reforms carried out by the government recently.  He Terminal told {Euphrates News} on Monday that "the wheel of the reforms undertaken by the government recently is good but needs to legislation laws to give it legitimacy." He added that "reforms must not exceed the legal periods that have been identified in order not obstruct the advancement of the country forward." The head of the Iraqi Islamic Supreme Council Ammar al-Hakim, had confirmed earlier that the reform does not come soon changed person somewhere else, but to address the fundamental problems, stressing that "promote the state and its institutions reform," noting that "Iraq is suffering from a crisis strategies at all levels" He is stressing that "reform is not played by non-state and its institutions and no one other", rejecting "all the votes that target the state structure such as removing the parliament or the government."
