    He called for economic and investment commission member of the parliamentary proof Mamouri, Sunday, to activate the five trillion dinars loan, which recently launched by the Central Bank and to accelerate spending it, as warned of the existence of a "conspiracy" aimed at the Iraqi economy. 

    He said Mamouri in a statement received Alsumaria News, a copy of it, that "there is a big conspiracy against Iraq by some politicians who stand behind them, countries do not want to build factories or import a production line and keeps our country consumer of non-productive," noting that "the economic situation is going through Today the country, makes it imperative for the state to activate the private sector, for the multiplicity of financial resources after oil prices tumbled. " 
     

     

    He Mamouri, that "there is a way for Iraq to advance its economy, but by activating the industrial and agricultural sector investment and tourism sector", calling for "the need to encourage investment law and promotion in order to allay the fears of investors and attract to work in Iraq and build a strong investment system to support the national economy through the multiplicity resources and not rely on the basis of oil as a source of national income. " 

    Almamori stressed the need to "activate the five trillion dinars loan to support agricultural and industrial banks and speed up disbursement to stimulate the investors in the private sector and give them the opportunity to contribute to the support of a market economy." 

    The Central Bank of Iraq announced (September 7, 2015), for the launch of the largest start funding for lending programs in Iraq, noting that they belong to the financing of industrial, agricultural and housing sectors also supports small and medium enterprises and revitalizing the Iraqi economy.
