    He pointed Chairman of the Parliamentary Services Nazim al-Saadi, to the existence of other solutions to overcome the crisis, and to go through the issuance of treasury bonds and domestic borrowing.

    And said Bahadli that "The oil ministry depends primarily on the production companies licensing rounds that operate large underbody to raise Iraq's production, in the next few periods to four million barrels per day," pointing to "the existence of oil projects will enter service in the province of Maysan, that will help to overcome the current crisis. "

    On the other hand, said oil expert Hussein Allawi, said that "Iraq's economy rentier reflected negatively on the fact the economic and social, and that was clearly evident with low oil prices," adding that "95 percent of the state budget entirely dependent on oil."

    And Allawi said that "the State has the diversity of sources over the past years to finance its general budget, and in particular the agricultural and industrial ones, despite the availability of huge budgets."

    the more they raise production, the more prices fall. good for us, bad for them.
