    [ltr]Shafaq News / The Cabinet decided, Wednesday, waiver of debt owed by the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry for the settlement of accounts.

    A government statement said that the Council of Ministers approved the waiver of the debt owed by the ministries and departments not associated with the Ministry for the settlement of accounts due to non-payment of the tax provided for in Article (33 / paragraph a) of the federal budget for the financial year / 2015, the law based on the provisions of the law of financial management public debt, number (95) of 2004 amended, from the date of 10.14.2015 until 21.01.2016.

    The Council approved the establishment of the Ministry of Electricity to contract with a company (GE) of the US rehabilitation and development of power plants to add extra energy before next summer.

    The Council decided to agree to stop the entry into force of the benefits of the Agricultural Bank loans to farmers marketers to crop wheat, rice, barley, wheat seed and maize who did not receive their dues for marketed crops from the date of marketing the crop Pending the receipt of dues from the state, shall be confirmed in the Ministry of Commerce to include farms and agricultural plan and not receipt of entitlements for wheat and rice, and the Ministry of Agriculture for barley and wheat seeds, yellow corn, according to the percentages for the receipt of entitlements for the above two ministries.

    The Cabinet approved the recommendation of the Committee on Economic Affairs, on consensual settlement proposal for the contract between the General Company for Agricultural Supplies affiliated to the Ministry of Agriculture with my company (Brufemi / Jordan for industry concentrates feed, Jordanian and commercial Nassif), and according to the letter of the Ministry of Agriculture / legal department a number (41490), dated 08/11/2015.
