Minister of Water Resources Hasan al-Janabi discussed with Italian company Trevi the extension of the contract for the rehabilitation and maintenance of the Mosul dam for another period.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Water Resources, "Trend Press", a copy of it, that al-Janabi chaired an expanded meeting involving the US Corps of Engineers and the Trevi Italian company and a number of officials in the ministry concerned with the management and operation of dams in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers to authorize the Ministry of Water Resources to negotiate to extend the contract with Trevi Company for an additional period to rehabilitate and maintain Mosul Dam. "
