The head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Ammar al-Hakim, Sunday, that Iraq is not bankrupt and all the suffering is the lack of liquidity.
Hakim said in a statement received by the agency / information / copy it, that "some economic analyzes describe Palmvels Iraq, but the truth is that there is a big difference between bankruptcy and a lack of liquidity."
