[ltr]The President of the Commission services in the province of Baghdad, Ali Ahmed Faraj, Sunday, lifting many of the concrete barriers in Baghdad, including the neighborhood of Justice and several areas in the Karkh district of Baghdad.[/ltr]
[ltr]Faraj said L / balance News /, that "the Baghdad Operations Command is working in coordination with the province to lift the concrete barriers from the streets of the capital Baghdad, the pan as well as open many closed roads."[/ltr]
[ltr]Faraj added that "Baghdad operations raised many concrete blocks in the neighborhood of Justice and a number of areas of Karkh district of Baghdad," pointing to "the existence of a plan to raise all of the blocks to revive the capital," .anthy 29[/ltr]
