[ltr]Called on the Commission on Human Rights Parliamentary Sunday, the Ministry of Agriculture to exempt farmers in the province of Kirkuk of the debt owed to them.[/ltr]
[ltr]Committee Chairman Arshad Salhi, in a statement received / balances News /, a copy of it, "We call on the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agricultural Bank General in Baghdad to stop the recovery of loans granted to farmers in the province of Kirkuk to previous years and to the fact that agricultural land has been damaged by the events Daash."[/ltr]
[ltr]He added that "the loans received from the Agricultural Bank was for the purchase of seeds and agricultural machinery and accessories and today we find that the third of Kirkuk, an area with agricultural majority are under the control of Daash or regions with military operations."[/ltr]
[ltr]Salhi said that "the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agricultural Bank of peasants demanding the payment of the debt owed them as they do not have the necessary funds to pay off these debts Ntjah Agriculture stopped in their land," .anthy 29/9 P[/ltr]
