"
He added , " The residential complexes commends the constructive way horizontal and implemented in accordance with the mechanism set by the ministry through investment and meet the amounts paid out of the employees ' salaries ininstallments after the agreement between the investor and government banks. "
He added , " this step is a civilized and advanced to reduce the pressure on cities and replace a large part of problems and exhibited more brightly after the spread of the phenomenon of the abuses and slums "
and pointed Aldechala to need the right climate for investment process in Dhi Qar , the availability and work to increase the appetite of foreign companies for theconstruction of residential complexes and investment in the province, especially as it enjoys the status of the security of a large and stability.
