Twilight News / United States President Barack Obama on Monday called on the European Union to mobilize greater efforts to support the economy in Iraq.
Obama said in a speech from the city, "Hanover" German, "The joint Daash threaten us and the world has the determination to defeat in Iraq and Syria."
He added that "our support for the Iraqi forces to counter Daash and we hope to continue to support the Syrian troops fighting organization."
He said the US president that he "must be done to mobilize greater efforts to support Iraq's economy, in order to ensure that the organization does not return Daash to the liberated areas."

Obama leads the way:

He said the US president that he "must be done to mobilize greater efforts to support Iraq's economy, in order to ensure that the organization does not return Daash to the liberated areas."

Is he stating that when they are gone, greater efforts to support Iraq's economy will occur in order to ensure ISIS will not return?
