    The Governor of Basra Majed Nasraoui, on Monday, to provide the Emir of Kuwait Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah to grant the province to build some service organizations, including the hospital, referring to the injunction Prince procedures heal and cooperation with the capital of Kuwait and Basra.
