    He said the narrator, that "the city will include all the necessary services and facilities, and will be implemented in several stages the first of an industrial city," stressing that "the project will provide 10 thousand jobs."

    For his part, head of the investment in Anbar province, Mehdi Saleh Nauman said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The first phase of the new Habbaniyah city include the construction of 17,000 housing units in the city, including all utilities," noting that "the second phase will include the construction of 28 000 housing units on six million square meters suited for the accommodation of 171,000 citizens, while the third phase will include the construction of logistics village (Air Cargo village) on nine million square meters. "
