    He stressed Dboa, that " the international Monetary Fund and international donors program among them theUnited States provided billions of dollars in extra aid for Iraq," vowing to " the continuation of the United States to work together with the international Monetary Fund , World Bank and others in order to help Iraq achieve financial stability."
