[ltr][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Baghdad -arac Press -16 September / September: Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed on Friday n for the inclusion of those sentenced inabsentia to a general amnesty law.
A member of the Parliamentary Legal Committee, Secretary Baker, in a statement and Rdl / Iraq Press /, that "whether the judgment is against anaccused person or in absentia in his presence , it will include a general amnesty law."
He Bakr that "exceptions to the general amnesty law which include terrorism crimes, crimes affecting national security, rape, sodomy, drug trafficking, and abuse of public funds , including those sentenced in absentia."
He explained that "if the perpetrators of the crimes of those sentenced in absentia to exist outside the country, they include amnesty law because their crimes were not reminiscentof those exceptions , " noting that "all the legal consequences of the arrest warrants and drop the charges Ciecmlon them."
And The House of Representatives had voted, on 25 August, the General Amnesty Law in full paragraphs.
It is said that the Cabinet approved the draft law of the First Amendment to the General Amnesty Law, and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles 61 and 80 item first item II of the Constitution .anthy (1)
