Saudi Arabia and Iran, OPEC overthrew the hopes of reaching a deal in Algeria

     Reuters / Riyadh-Tehran-Moscow

It overthrew the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Iran, on Tuesday, hopes of reaching theOrganization of Petroleum Exporting Countries members of the (OPEC) agreement restricts crude production levels this week as sources within the organization said that the differences between Riyadh and Tehran are still great.
The Saudi Energy Minister Khalid al - Falih told reporters , "This consultative meeting ... We will be consulting with each other party and we will listen to the views and the secretariat of OPEC and the customers as well. "
for his part, Iranian oil Minister Bijan Zanganeh said , " It is not a time for making a decision, "he added in reference to the next informal meeting of OPEC to be held in Vienna on thirty November "We will try to reach an agreement to November."
OPEC holds informal talks on Wednesday, he will also meet with members with producers from outside theorganization , such as Russia on the sidelines of the international energy Forum , which includes bothproducers and customers.
oil prices fell to less than half since 2014 because of oversupply of crude, prompting OPEC producers and their competition on Russia to seek to restore balance to the market so as to enhance oil export revenues and supports their budgets.
the idea prevailing since early 2016 between the producers are to agree on restricting production despite the fact that market watchers say that such an action will not reduce the abundance the supply of crude.
sources told Reuters last week that Saudi Arabia has offered to reduce their production if Iran agreed to install a production which represents a shift in Riyadh 's position as the UK rejected by the discussion of reducing production.
she said three sources of OPEC said that "Iran , which is under production at 3.6 million barrels per day , it insists on its right to the production levels of access to between 4.1 and 4.2 million barrels per day, while you are looking for Gulf members of OPEC to prove produced without four million barrels a day. "
he said OPEC source familiar with the discussions" are not expect anything Iran suddenly did not change her mind and agree to install the (production), I do not think they will do. "
sources in the Iranian oil sector that Tehran wants to allow it to OPEC produces 12.7 percent of the total volume of pumping the equivalent of what was mined before 2012 , when the European Union to impose additional sanctions on Tehran over its nuclear activities.
during the period between 2012 and 2016 increased the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other Gulf members ofOPEC production levels to compete for market share with Mrtfie cost producers such as the United States.
As a result, Iran believes that the fair share in production must be greater than the size of the pumping now ,which it says should be more than once Tehran signed the new investments with international oil companies, rose Saudi Arabia 's production to 10.7 million bpd from 10.2 million bpd in recent months as a result of thegrowing domestic demand for air cooling in the summer.
with Russian energy Minister Alexander Novak said that "Iran believes that the volume of production that they have had before sanctions Adel, was discussed this more than once."
dependent economy , Saudi Arabia and Iran heavily on oil but the latter considers that the pressure drop emerges from years of sanctions, and on the other side facing the Riyadh second year of record budget deficits and forced to cut government salaries.
However, Falih said he was optimistic about the oil market , despite the fact that the return of balance takes longer than expected.
he pointed out that crude stocks , which hit a record high on the global level started to decline , saying that " the pace at which this will happen to them" also depend on the production agreement, if a consensus on a single event in the next few months will be the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the consensus.
