    [rtl]He stressed the US State Department, that the Iraqi parliament's decision to merge the popular crowd in the Iraqi armed forces, "an internal affair" of Iraq.[/rtl]
     
    [rtl]He said the ministry's spokesman John Kirby, in a press release of the Foreign Affairs in Washington, DC, that the decision of the Iraqi parliament "is an internal Iraqi affair, like all other domestic legislation."[/rtl]
