The council also voted to approve the second amendment to the law of the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights , No. 53 for the year 2008.
The Council approved the cancellation of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council resolution No. 180 of 1977, the private trade union work in Iraq.
Under the approval of the parliament, the captain or the President of the Union has no right to stay in office for more than one election cycle.
It aims Cancel Parliament Resolution No. 180 to provide opportunities to qualified cadres to take the leadership role in various professional associations, trade unions, based on the principle of equal opportunities for everyone in order to trading positionsof responsibility in such unions.
