The chairman of the National Investment Commission Sami al-Araji, Thursday, on the implementation of 1335 investment certificate in the provinces as well as the national investment until now.

Araji said that "very significant decentralization of investment in the governorates process," adding that he "must take into account to choose the right person in the right place, in order to keep the financial value of the Iraqi investment and the investor, and not to bow to suspicions of corruption here or there."
Araji said that "the Federal Investment Authority will cooperate with all the investment authorities in the provinces and in proportion to the size of the possibility of exploiting it by the provinces that are not associated with the province."
And that "each province has a mechanism in accordance with the instructions and transparently and without the interference of any party in identifying investment projects certificates for each province in order to maximize resources to the provinces, and we will see a great aversion in the near future in the field of investment in Iraq."
