The British Embassy in Baghdad revealed on Tuesday, expressed "the desire of a number of British companies to enter Karbala and investment", while "exit Iraq from Chapter VII encouraged her to enter the companies" to areas of central Iraq first, I went back to terrorism and insecurity as "a major obstacle to the entry of foreign companies to Iraq."

The Iraqi Foreign Ministry announced, (12 February 2013), the inter-ministerial Commission for the development of economic and trade relations between Iraq and Britain will work on the development of reconstruction projects and facilitate the work of businessmen and private sector and agreed to hold semi-annual meetings, confirmed the existence of military talks between the two countries, the British Secretary of State for Middle East Affairs, hopes the opponents to reach political understandings, he noted that Britain is keen to create a defensive commitment with its allies, "this is they don't possess him Many ".
