    Parliamentary Legal Committee suggested on Saturday, the possibility of the adoption of the Supreme Judicial Council Act during the next two weeks, while confirming the lack of differences on it.
    The head of the Commission, Mohsen al-Sadoun, said in an interview to the (long-Presse), "The draft of the Supreme Judicial Council Act involves a great importance to the organization of the work of the Iraqi judiciary," adding that "the project has become fit to vote and approve the next two weeks."
    He said al-Saadoun, that "the final wording of the project is now complete and there are no differences on them," stressing "the various political parties to agree on the adoption of the law."
    The chairman of the parliament, while the Legal Committee objected to so I decided early December last in 2016, lifting a paragraph vote on the draft law of the Supreme Judicial Council of the agenda of the meeting, that usually filed constitutes a "violation" of the rules of procedure of the Council.
