House of Representatives vote on the Supreme Judicial Council Act and end the first reading of the four laws

House of Representatives voted at its second regular second legislative term of the third legislative year third parliamentary session , which was chaired by Dr. Salim al - Jubouri , head of the Council and in the presence of 230 deputies on Thursday, 01/12/2017, the Supreme Judicial Council Act and ended the first reading of the four laws.
At the outset of the meeting between President al-Jubouri said the presidium meeting yesterday stressed the importance of the current legislative term focus on passing legislation that relate to service citizens service, adding that the parliamentary committees have a large number of projects and proposals for laws to be submitted on the agenda.
Mr. Speaker was followed by a report on the committee formed to audit the interrogations provided by the ladies and gentlemen members of the House of Representatives orders declaring that interrogation provided by the MP requests Hanan al -President CMC and MP Awad al - Awadi , the Minister of Health and MP Zeinab fixed - Tai to the Minister of Agriculture has been formalities are met and legal and Aloduaah them, noting that the application submitted by the MP Magda Abdel-Latif to interrogate independent Electoral Commission does not fulfill the formalities for being Aeshetml on data and facts which are supposed to be included in the request.

The Presidency has decided to postpone the vote on the wording of the decision as the Nineveh Plain area a disaster zone and submitted by the Legal Committee to the coming sessions.

The Board completed the first reading of the third draft amendment to the law of governorates not organized in a region Law No. (21) for the year 2008 and presented by the Legal Committee in order to address the problems that the practical application of the law of governorates not organized exposed in the Region No. (21) for the year 2008 and to determine the meaning senior appointments and sub-circuits and the employee local and define the powers of the Council of Ministers appointed and maximize provincial resources.
The Board completed the first reading of the draft boards of the provinces and districts, counties and provided by the election law of the Legal Committee in order to hold free and fair elections of the governorates not organized in a region, districts affiliate and so these elections will be far from the external influences democracy and improve the election to the desired level.
It ended the first reading of the proposed capital of Basra , Iraq 's economic and sponsored by the Law Commission of economy and investment in order to strengthen the economic role to preserve and revitalize the economic and developmental movement in Iraq.
