    Revealed Prime Minister Haider al - Abadi, yesterday, for determining the sixteenth of the month of September next date for the provincial elections. 
    The Cabinet had discussed the postponement of local elections, but select the 16 of next September, proposed by the Election Commission, preliminary as the date for local elections. 
    Ebadi said, during a press conference held at the Government Palace and attended by (long - Presse) that " the Council of Ministers decided at its regular meeting held to determine the sixteenth of the month of September of this year as the date for a special election provincial assemblies across the country , " calling "blocs and parties political to conduct a comprehensive political reform in the public system. " 
    In another context, Abadi said " I consider the tragedy that has befallen Iraq 's great, and that the Iraqis do not like to return things as they were in the past." 
    The prime minister said that " the Iraqi people want to see leaders care about him and that will be standard on what is offered by the people", reiterated the call to "reform the political system in Iraq." 
    Abadi and accept the achievements of his government , saying "we get a big step from what we were previously. The security system has become better than before and we have a military force on the ground , made sacrifices and become solid." 
    The Prime Minister explained that " the military institution written in terms achievements after it was previously rejected by some of our provinces and sons become their respect now , " he said . "There are complete and the evolution in the performance of this institution." 
    Furthermore, the Prime Minister congratulated " the Iraqi people , the victories achieved against terrorist Daesh in Mosul , " stressing that " the capabilities of the organization significantly weakened." 
    Prime Minister said that " the world owes to Iraq, because he fights Daesh terrorist gangs rather than" calling " the security forces and citizens to caution and beware of terrorist operations." 
    Abadi said that " the security forces managed to thwart dozens of terrorist operations , " noting that "terrorism has sponsors from the financial, political and media aspects." 
    He pointed to the Prime Minister that "Iraq is fighting organization Daesh oriented ideology which wants to overthrow the largest possible number of citizens , " stressing that "our goal is to reduce the military effort in safe cities and activate the intelligence side , which we will adopt him greatly."

" 
    In a related context, the Prime Minister announced the government 's intention to provide electric power to the citizens for 24 hours a day. 
    Ebadi said that " the government is committed to provide electricity to citizens 24 hours a day, and this needs time , " noting that "billions of dollars spent on this sector has not benefited the citizens and the money went into the pockets of the corrupt."
