The importance of investment research findings for the development of the reality of the economy

Many graduate professors Iraqi university students a year to complete a large number of scientific research every year, both in terms of Masters and PhDs or with respect to the scientific upgrade research or other research, some of them gets the patents as they have reached the distinguished scientific inventions
but noticeable, which is an order in the negative too that this scientific research and its results are not taking out or reinvested in the areas of economy , the various Iraqi and industries that are desperately needed , and thus contributing to the development and improvement of the reality , which is suffering a lot of problems and crises.
Neglect is the only determination of this research and its findings , which could be for many of them to work to change the reality of disciplines who completed the and to achieve positive results pour in along with the development of the reality of the economy and the Iraqi industry, but none of this has not been achieved yet.
It is necessary to work to find a body or a competent department in every ministry is working on the investment results of scientific research and findings on the ground and invested a way that helps to overcome the negative reality of the economy and the Iraqi industries in general, and contribute to their development and make them as competitive as it is with the rest of the industries in other world countries.
Much of the scientific research and its results do not find any interest in them or what its findings can work to change a lot , in fact some of the national industries and then reflect positively on the Iraqi economy if applied in practice by the ministries or the relevant bodies themes of this research.
At a time when much of the world and even the capitalist companies racing to compete with each other to get new inventions in order to invest in various industries, we find that our country neglects scientific potential existing in it in multiple scientific disciplines which is the capital and nationally could work on the development of the reality in which we live and offers achievements in industry, science and technology, economics, agriculture, medicine and other areas important to the development of the national economy fields. The results of a lot of scientific research in the areas of technology and various fields of technology in the fields of agriculture and various science in medical and biological fields and in the fields of engineering and in the multi - management and other scientific fields areas can work on the development of Iraqi industries , if properly invested in practice and has to create the conditions and environment suitable for application in the fields that was completed in which though the provision of appropriate support to researchers in order to promote research and scientific capabilities , in order to encourage them to continue in the areas of scientific creativity and provide useful inventions for the development of national industries that are suffering from the recession and the inability to compete with foreign industries which produced entirely on the import of all types Products from the simplest to the most complex of Iraq 's lack of these industries that are experiencing a boom in interest and other countries.
The interest in scientific research and its results and work on practical application in various fields of Iraqi Industries sponsor the prosperity of the Iraqi economy by the large financial returns that would result from this interest , which should work on it.[/rtl]
