"
    For his part , pointed out teacher Karim Hussein Alwan, one of the participants the demonstration, that "teachers and administrative bodies of the schools have become subjected to humiliation and humiliation by the banks upon receipt of their salaries , which lag behind schedule for more than 10 days and exposed to large cuts , " pointing out that "deductions contained teacher salary during the month of March , ranging from 100 to 160 thousand dinars per month. "

    In turn Hassan Ali Saidi, a captain of teachers in Dhi Qar, said that " the teachers ' union in constant contact with the local government and departments concerned to demand the rights of teachers and defend their legitimate causes," asserting that " the adoption of the local government for a number of decisions to facilitate teachers ' salaries disbursed by the banks process."
    On the calls of protesters to dissolve a union, confirmed Saidi, that "those demands is to change the administrative body achievable through elections that take place within the specified dates and as is the case in the contexts and the mechanisms in place , " noting that "some who are demanding the dissolution of the current administrative body already that they were nominated in previous elections and did not get the votes that qualify them to win. "
